Business Development Manager

 

Eulitha is a Swiss technology company specializing in the development of advanced lithography equipment for emerging applications in the photonics sectors. Our breakthrough technologies enable development and production of new devices with use in diverse fields from telecommunication to biological sensors. We work with the global technology leaders in developing new solutions for future smart phones, flat panel displays, lasers and similar devices.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to help us grow our business through effective targeting of the global markets for our technologies in direct cooperation with the CEO. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
•  Identify market opportunities for Eulitha’s technologies and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators
•  Follow industry trends, identify and report new business opportunities
•  Develop and manage an effective marketing plan with our team (website, ads, corporate image, branding, marketing material)
•  Prepare pitches, presentations, and other marketing approaches based on customer’s needs
•  Organize and participate in industry events, customer visits, trade shows, support sales team in closing deals
•  Support the effort to identify the available and technologically matching solution to customers’ requests
•  Support strategic and financial planning

Profile
•  Minimum BS degree in an engineering field such as electrical or mechanical engineering
•  Minimum 5 year industrial experience in business development, marketing, product management or similar function, preferably in semiconductor or equipment manufacturing sectors

Skills
•  Outstanding ability to understand, interpret and explain subjects of a technical nature
•  Positive attitude and willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of customer’s needs by matching it with Eulitha’s technology portfolio
•  Ability to build positive internal and external relationships
•  Excellent spoken and written communication skills
•  Fluency in English and German

Optical Engineer

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic optical engineer to join our team for development of manufacturing of our innovative photolithography equipment.

Responsibilities
•  Design, development and manufacture of UV and deep-UV optical systems for integration on Eulitha’s proprietary PhableR photolithographic equipment
•  Specification and procurement of optical and related components
•  Organization and upkeep of optical laboratories
•  Design, development and manufacture of overlay measurement systems for the PhableR equipment
•  Inspection of photomasks for use on Eulitha’s PhableR equipment

Profile
•  Minimum B.Sc. degree in (Applied) Physics, Optics or related background
•  Minimum 3 years of practical/industrial experience in design/engineering of laser optics, preferably for illumination systems

Skills
•  Thorough understanding of fundamental principles of optics
•  Proficiency in the use of optical design tools such as ZEMAX
•  Well-skilled in the assembly, alignment and testing of laser optics
•  Experience in preparing and delivering technical reports
•  Preferably experience with working in a clean-room environment
•  Excellent spoken and written communication skills
•  Fluency in English and preferably good knowledge of German

Techniker (w/m, Vollzeit)

 

Wir sind ein innovatives schweizer Unternehmen spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung von Nanolithographiesystemen für zukünftige Anwendungen im Bereich Photonik und Photovoltaik. Wir suchen ab sofort einen hoch motivierten Techniker zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. Werden Sie Teil des EULITHA Teams und arbeiten Sie mit uns an der Verwirklichung revolutionärer Ideen; vom Prototypen bis zur Serienreife.

Ihre Aufgaben
•  Fertigung, Kalibrierung, Problembehebung und Installation von komplexen Lithographiesystemen; teils in Reinraumumgebung
•  Mechanische Herstellung von Einzelteilen/Prototypen für Testzwecke
•  Bedienung und Wartung unserer technischen Infrastruktur
•  Verantwortung für den Unterhalt unseres Werkstattbereichs
• Abwickeln von Bestellungen
• Exakte Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeitsschritte
• Zielorientiertes Arbeiten nach Projektplan

Ihre Fähigkeiten
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung/Lehre in einem technischen Beruf, z.B. Mechatronik oder Präzissionsmechanik
• Sie haben Erfahrung in der Fertigung, Installation, Bedienung und Wartung von komplexen Maschinen
• Selbstständige und saubere Arbeitsweise. Vorzugsweise haben Sie schon in Reinraumumgebung gearbeitet
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Detailgenauigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, zu dem Freude an der Arbeit in einem vielseitigen High-Tech Umfeld
• Sie verfügen über handwerkliches Geschick. Idealerweise haben Sie Kenntnisse in den folgenden Themengebieten: Präzissionsmechanik, Zerspanungstechniken, optische Systeme, Elektronik
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office
• Gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
