Business Development Engineer

Eulitha is a Swiss startup developing advanced lithography equipment for emerging applications in photonics. Our breakthrough technologies enable development and production of revolutionary devices in fields such as Augmented Reality (AR), telecommunication and biological sensors. We work with global technology leaders in developing new solutions for future near-eye displays, smart phones, flat panel displays, lasers and similar devices.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to take part in the growth of Eulitha through effective targeting of the global markets for our technologies in direct cooperation with the CEO. 

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and requirements and develop and propose solutions in collaboration with Eulitha technical team
  • Identify available and technologically matching solution to customers’ requests
  • Identify and analyze market opportunities for Eulitha’s technologies and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators 
  • Follow industry trends, identify and report new business opportunities 
  • Develop and manage an effective marketing plan (website, ads, corporate image, branding, marketing material)
  • Prepare pitches, presentations, and other marketing approaches based on market needs
  • Organize and participate in industry events, customer visits, trade shows
  • Support strategic and financial planning 

Profile

  • Minimum BS degree in an engineering field such as electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 5 year industrial experience in business development, marketing, product management or similar function, in semiconductor device or equipment manufacturing, micro-optics manufacturing sectors or similar

Skills

  • Outstanding ability to understand, interpret and explain subjects of a technical nature
  • Positive attitude and willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of customer’s needs by matching it with Eulitha’s technology portfolio
  • Ability to build positive internal and external relationships 
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of German is a plus

Technician for Precision Mechanics (fulltime)

Job Description

Eulitha is a Swiss startup developing advanced lithography equipment for emerging applications in photonics. Our breakthrough technologies enable development and production of revolutionary devices in fields such as Augmented Reality (AR), telecommunication and biological sensors. We work with global technology leaders in developing new solutions for future near-eye displays, smart phones, flat panel displays, lasers and similar devices.

Responsibilities

  • Assembly, calibration, troubleshooting and installation of complex lithography systems; partly in cleanroom environment
  • Mechanical production of individual parts / prototypes for test purposes
  • Service and maintenance of our technical infrastructure
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of our workshop area
  • Procurement of necessary tools and parts
  • Documentation of the performed work


Skills

  • Completed vocational education / training in a technical profession, e.g. mechatronics or precision mechanics
  • Experience in manufacturing, installation, operation and maintenance of complex machines
  • Experience in CAD programs for design of mechanical components
  • Independent and clean way of working. Preferably experience with working in a cleanroom environment
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of quality
  • Manual skills. Ideally, knowledge of the following topics: precision mechanics, metal machining techniques, optical systems, electronics
  • Experience in using MS Office
  • Fluency in English and preferably good knowledge of German

Software Engineer (fulltime)

Eulitha is a Swiss startup developing advanced lithography equipment for emerging applications in photonics. Our breakthrough technologies enable development and production of revolutionary devices in fields such as Augmented Reality (AR), telecommunication and biological sensors. We work with global technology leaders in developing new solutions for future near-eye displays, smart phones, flat panel displays, lasers and similar devices.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing software for operation of complex photolithography systems, which include advanced actuators, sensors and data acquisition devices. You will be working as part of a dynamic, international team with expertise areas in photonics, mechanics, lithography and semiconductor processing. You will interact with global technology firms and provide solutions that shape the future of high tech products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software for controlling complex lithography equipment in view of system specifications and use requirements
  • Support selection and development of hardware for controlling and data acquisition
  • Understand and work with different interfaces such as serial and ethercat communication
  • Support customers and other team members for operation, optimization and troubleshooting of lithography equipment
  • Code in different languages, such as Phython and C++
  • Contribute to assembly, testing and troubleshooting of electronic systems
  • Interact with customers to ensure trouble-free operation of lithography equipment
  • Service and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites as necessary
  • Write technical documents, specifications,  reports, operation manuals


Profile

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • 3-10 years industrial experience in software development for equipment control, preferably for semiconductor processing equipment
  • Experience on communication standards and protocols such as Ethercat, Profinet  
  • Coding experience in different languages (C++, Python)
  • Fluency in English
  • Passion and drive to build fantastic systems
