Fabrication of Head-Up-Displays with Displacement Talbot Lithography


EULITHA successfully exhibited a waveguide based Head Up Display (HUD) prototype designed by Dispelix and fabricated using EULITHA's Displacement Talbot Lithography (DTL) technology at the SPIE AR/VR/MR conference and Photonics West exhibition in San Francisco USA.

Large area gratings were printed on 200mm diameter wafers using the PhableX™ 200 DUV lithography tool.
